All payments are non refundable once work has begun.

The Silent Assist is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or external factors beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, frameworks, processes, templates, and content created by The Silent Assist remain the intellectual property of The Silent Assist unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may use delivered materials for internal business use only and may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share them without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and take reasonable measures to protect it.
However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications or data storage. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Silent Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
